5 Teacher Favorite Things

5 of My Teacher Favorite Things: Vol. 2

Welcome to the second edition of 5 of my teacher favorite things! As teachers, you are stressed, tired, and super busy! With everything you have going on in your life with lesson planning and teaching your students I thought it would be nice to take a break and focus on YOU! That is the goal of my teacher favorite things. Once a month I am going to share 5 of my favorite things that bring me joy. Cue the Marie Kondo thoughts! Let’s get the party started and talk about a few of my favorite things that made my life better this month!

Mary Ruth's Organics®

Mary Ruth’s Organics®: That’s right, I have an obsession with vitamins. These are not just any vitamins though. They are organic, clean, plant based, vegan vitamins. I am not a vegan or a crazy health nut, but I do believe that we should do our best with what we know. I know that I have a sensitive stomach that most vitamins and supplements rip to shreds, but not Mary Ruth’s. She has a variety of gummies, liquids, and capsules. My toddler loves all of Mary Ruth’s stuff too. Let’s just say in our house vitamin time is an event, and by that I mean the highlight of our day. Two of our favorites right now are the liquid probiotic (tastes like water) and the kids multivitamin gummies. You have to check out all that Mary Ruth has to offer. I promise you will not be disappointed! Click here to check out all of my Mary Ruth’s Organics favorites!

Molly's Suds Laundry Detergent

Molly’s Suds: Why don’t we just keep this train going with clean product alternatives. I have been on a mission to slowly change the products in my house to cleaner versions. Nothing crazy, but why not? When I was at the end of my laundry detergent I discovered Molly’s Suds laundry detergent. Not only is this product chemical free and safe for the whole family, but the story behind the brand is powerful and will tug at your heartstrings. All of the ingredients are earth and plant-derived. The best part though, this stuff really works! On top of the detergent Molly’s Suds came out with a stain remover that surpasses anything I have used before. I am sure you can tell I am into this stuff and for good reason. I love finding products that are good for my family that I use on the daily and Molly’s Suds is my jam!

Teacher Favorite Things: Rad & Happy Sweatshirt

Rad & Happy Sweatshirt: Let’s get cozy! I live in this sweatshirt, and it is a must add to your teacher favorite things list! What else is there to say? This sweatshirt is so comfortable and the fit is amazing! I did size up for a more relaxed fit. Plus the saying is everything! I love it so much I bought this one as well! If you watch me on IG stories you will most likely see me in my Rad & Happy Sweatshirts

Best Teacher Mug

Yeti Rambler Lowball: So, I am not a coffee drinker. I know, insert gasp here. I do however like a good tea. Especially in the winter time. This Yeti Lowball is perfect to take to school or even use at home on the weekends. How many of you set your traditional coffee mug to the side come back to it a few minutes later and it is cold? This drives me nuts! Insert the Yeti. Your hot beverage of choice will stay warm much longer. We all wish we could sit in silence and drink our morning cup in solitude ever day, but that is unrealistic. That is why the Yeti should become your new morning accessory! There is also a Yeti Mug which holds four ounces more. I prefer the Yeti Lowball because it doubles for my Friday afternoon beverage and also keeps things cold! Add this to your teacher favorite things form for teacher appreciation!

Instant Pot Favorites: Ninja Foodi

Ninja Foodi: Instant pots are all the rage right now, but you’ve got to check out the Ninja Foodi! It is a pressure cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, and dehydrator all in one. That is a lot of things! I mostly use it as a pressure cooker, because I am a busy mom who works full time! As teachers we work hard all day and we need help with dinner. That’s where the Ninja Foodi comes into play. It makes cooking so much easier. Plus there are tons of recipes on Pinterest. Don’t get me wrong, this thing is a beast. It will need a special spot in your house, but it is totally worth it.
